The Luminous Approach

At Luminous Breathwork, we offer a practice called circular breathwork, also known as connected breathing. This involves breathing in and out through the mouth in a continuous, flowing rhythm without pause.

It’s a simple yet profound technique that increases oxygen flow, alkalizes the blood, and helps relax the thinking mind so you can access deeper emotional and energetic layers. This practice gently opens the door to deeper awareness, nervous system regulation, and releases stored tension.

Breathwork activates the body’s natural relaxation response by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
